School Lunches
Hot and cold meals are freshly prepared every day by our school chefs
Our lunchtime routines are carefully planned to help the children take responsibility for their food choices, develop their social skills and table manners while they eat.
Our school meals are delicious and healthy. We can cater for all dietary requirements including: halal, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and all allergies. We encourage children to form healthy eating habits and use our salad bar every day. Once they have finished their main, there are a variety of pudding options to choose from including cake, fruit, cheese and crackers and yogurts.
Children are also able to bring a healthy packed lunch if they prefer. This can include a treat or pudding. Please ensure there are no items containing nuts in packed lunches.
Ordering and Payment
School meals are ordered using your child's Arbor account.
- School meals are free for learners in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2
- School meals cost £2.58 a day unless your child is entitled to Free School Meals.
- You can pre-order using Arbor up to a term in advance.
- Orders must be placed by midnight the day before to allow the kitchen staff time to prepare the meals
- Use Arbor to track your account and ensure there are sufficient funds to pay for your child's meals.
- You can share dietary notes with the cook.
- If your child will be bringing a packed lunch from home, this should be logged in Arbor as Home packed lunch.
